Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected through this website is Mike Arruzza.
- Address: Calabria, Italia
- Contact email: info@mikearruzza.it
- Tax code / VAT number: [dato da compilare]
For any matter concerning your personal data you may write to the email address above.
What data we collect
This site collects very little data and never uses it for advertising purposes. Specifically:
- Data you send through the contact form: name, email address, subject and message. This is what you choose to tell us.
- The IP address of whoever submits the form, kept as an anti-spam measure to limit repeated automated submissions.
- Browsing statistics, only with your consent: page visited, content opened, browser type and referring site. The IP address is truncated before storage, so it can no longer be traced back to an individual.
- Server logs, generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure for security and diagnostic purposes.
We do not collect special categories of data (art. 9 GDPR), we do not carry out profiling and we use no automated decision-making.
Why we process it and on what legal basis
- To answer requests sent through the contact form — legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest in replying to those who write to us (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).
- To protect the site from automated submissions and abuse — legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the service (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- To measure, in aggregate form, which content draws interest — legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
How long we keep the data
- Messages received through the contact form: for as long as needed to handle the request and, where a relationship begins, for the period required by law.
- Browsing statistics: 24 months at most, already in anonymised form.
- Record of your cookie choice: 12 months, after which you will be asked again.
- Server logs: according to the periods set by the hosting provider.
Who can access the data
The data is accessible only to the controller and to the people authorised to manage the site. It is never sold, transferred or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.
For technical operation alone, the data is stored on the servers of the hosting provider, acting as data processor: [dato da compilare].
Typefaces are hosted on our own domain and no calls are made to external servers for the site to work.
Only if you consent to statistics is Google Analytics 4 activated, provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), which processes browsing data on behalf of the controller. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Your rights
At any time you may exercise the rights set out in articles 15-22 GDPR:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it;
- ask for it to be corrected if inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask for it to be erased;
- ask for processing to be restricted;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive the data in a machine-readable format (portability);
- withdraw consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise them, simply write to info@mikearruzza.it. If you believe the processing infringes the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
